Staff provided very helpful assistance, and i appreciate the quick resolution of a sunscreen issue by the pool. Beach experiences were great, especially with attentive service making time relaxing. I found that the beach had a nice atmosphere .

The staff were very attentive to our needs and provided great service. Especially at the beach area and near the pools. One staff member even helped me so I did not need to leave the pool, very convenient. Everyone was polite.

The hotel features multiple pools. The beach is easily accessible from the pool area. There are many young staff controlling the premises and providing a secure feeling which makes the place comfortable. This hotel provides good options for dining experiences.

The hotel includes some good restaurants where you can enjoy different meals. Room service provided very fast delivery, and the dishes came very well presented. I found food to be very tasty and enjoyable, and I can say the same for my friends.

My room looked very clean upon arrival and was in good condition when I first stepped inside. The room also had a nice view, so I could relax and enjoy all the new things. The hotel is big and comfy. I felt the room was worth it.

The staff were attentive. Freddy at the beach provided excellent service and helpful local recommendations. The hotel itself offers everything needed for an excellent stay and ensures I never wanted to leave. The pools were beautiful, and the beach access directly from the pool area offered additional convenience.
I found the lack of a coffee machine to be a real inconvenience. I had to pay extra per night to rent a microwave, a surprising additional cost for a hotel of this caliber. I feel this should be standard.

I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with really good service. The restaurant offered a wide variety of options. I was pleased with the food quality and presentation, it was perfect.

The room was spacious and modern. I was very happy. There are several pools available, also excellent restaurants. I found a lively nightlife scene. A full-service spa is on-site, including designer shops. Multiple bars provide ample options for drinks. It was amazing.
The main pool was closed. This was not disclosed to me.

The hotel has many pools. They are kept in very good condition. There is direct access to the beach, and ample lounging is available. The gym features modern equipment. This includes treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights.

The staff was very attentive and quick to respond to requests. The concierge service was helpful when I needed directions. The valet parking was efficient, though the cost was significant. I appreciated the prompt attention I received.
